Publisher

The website raidsquare.com is published by RAID Square, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number B 918 578 931 (intra-community VAT number FR76918578931), whose registered office is located at 128 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, France.

President: Sébastien Martin. Publication director: Esteban Lopes.

Contact: contact@raidsquare.com.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (vercel.com, privacy@vercel.com).

Personal data collected

The website does not require any account. The only personal data collected is the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form or by email:

  • first name and last name;
  • company or organisation (optional for crypto scam victims);
  • email address and, if you wish, phone number;
  • subject and urgency level of your request;
  • the content of your message.

This data is processed by RAID Square, as data controller, in order to respond to your request and, where applicable, to establish a pre-contractual or contractual relationship (legal bases: performance of pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest). An automatic email with fixed content confirms that your request has been received.

To protect the forms against abuse, your connection IP address is used temporarily to limit the number of submissions; it is neither stored by RAID Square nor included in any email.

Monthly letter (newsletter)

If you subscribe to the monthly letter, your email address is used solely to send you that letter, on the basis of your consent, confirmed through a validation email (double opt-in). Every mailing contains an unsubscribe link, and you can ask for your address to be deleted at any time by writing to contact@raidsquare.com. Mailings are delivered by an email service provider bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations. Your address and chosen language are kept until you unsubscribe.

Retention period

Data submitted through the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and for a maximum of three years after our last exchange, unless a longer legal retention obligation or a subsequent contractual relationship applies.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is intended exclusively for RAID Square's teams. It transits through two technical providers acting as processors, bound by confidentiality and security obligations: Vercel Inc. (website hosting, United States) and Resend (email delivery and management of the monthly letter list, United States). These providers may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, for Resend, by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website sets no advertising cookies or trackers. A single technical cookie, named "locale", remembers the language you chose (French or English) for twelve months; strictly necessary for the requested service, it is exempt from consent and contains no personal data. Audience and page performance measurement rely on privacy-friendly solutions (Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights) that use no cookies, collect no data that could identify you and do not track your browsing across other websites.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@raidsquare.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Security

RAID Square implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration: encrypted exchanges (HTTPS), website hardening, access restriction and data minimisation.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, logos, graphic elements, code) is the property of RAID Square or its partners and is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction or use may result in legal action. The client and partner logos displayed remain the property of their respective owners.

Applicable law

This website and this notice are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.

Changes

RAID Square may update this policy at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page, together with its last update date.
